On 29th August, 2014, the University of Nairobi will hold its the 51st Graduation ceremony that will take place at the Chancellor’s Court next to Central Catering Unit (CCU), Main Campus. The event will commence at 9.00 a.m. which will mainly involve the awarding of various degrees and diplomas to qualified students. The colleges that will be participating include; Colleges of Agriculture & Veterinary Sciences, Biological & Physical Sciences, Architecture & Engineering and Education & External Studies. The College of Architecture and Engineering having held College Academic Board meeting to approve results for the end of year examinations for the 2013/2014 academic year, hopes to present over six hundred and twenty graduands in the following fields;

1.      B.Sc. in Civil Engineering

2.      B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

3.      B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

4.      B.Sc. in Geospatial Engineering

5.      B.Sc. in Environmental and Biosystems Engineering

6.      Bachelor of Architecture.

7.      Bachelor of Architectural Studies

8.      Bachelor of Quantity Surveying

9.      Bachelor of Construction Management

10.  Bachelor of Real Estate

11.  Bachelor of Land Economics

12.  Bachelor of Arts (Urban and Regional Planning)

13.  Bachelor of Arts (Design)

14.  Diploma in Estate Agency and Property Management

The College will also present Masters degree graduands in various disciplines and at least two PhD. Students, one of them from the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Dr. R.Opiyo.
